Shipping Policy

Orders will be fulfilled during normal shop hours, generally Tuesday-Friday mornings. Shipping is fulfilled through USPS. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, with some delays depending on stock availability. For any delays longer than 7 business days, you will receive an email notification.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Emails must be entered correctly to receive tracking information. Please double check all your information is correct before placing an order.

Once an order has shipped, please reach out to the postal service for any questions. We do not have the ability to locate a package once it has left the shop premises. If an order is lost, please reach out to the postal service to file a claim, TEASEL & POPPY is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

For international shipping, customers are responsible for customs and import duties. International shipping generally takes longer than US shipping, please reach out to the postal service with your tracking number for any delivery questions. PLEASE NOTE: due to COVID, international shipping is really unpredictable right now and your order may get held up in customs for several months. Please place your orders at your own risk.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to replace damaged items or fix any other issues.
